A clear, written quote
You get a written quote setting out the work before anything starts, so you know what's included. If the scope grows once we're underway — as it often does on renovations — we talk it through before we act, not after.

The build — on time, worked efficiently
The team keeps to the schedule and works efficiently, exactly as our reviews describe. The site is protected while we work and tidied up every evening before we leave, so your home stays liveable throughout.

Finished, cleaned and handed back
We don't call a project done until it's genuinely finished and the site is clean. And when you're ready for the next room or the next phase, most of our clients simply book us again.
